Its quite difficult to be a newbie or a starter in any certain field.  Like for example, being new to a work environment or job description entails adjustment and coping up with technical work issues certainly brings headache and undue stress.  Its nearly two months since I've been working as a technical support agent for a certain American based company.  Performing my task within the scope of our accounts support boundaries posed a great challenge to my daily performance.
